2 big doses of 'Je m'appelle Dorothée'
1 packet of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 464°F (240°C). Melt the butter in a saucepan on a low heat and put aside.
In a bowl, mix the eggs together with the sugar until the blend blanches. Bring 40g milk to the boil and brew the herbal tea doses of 'Je m'appelle Dorothée' in it for 7 to 10 minutes.
Sieve the milk, then add it to the egg-sugar mix. Incorporate the flour and the baking powder to the blend. Add the melted butter, then the remaining milk (50g). Leave the batter to rest for 15 min, covered with a dish towel. In the meantime, prepare yourself a cup of tea (for pleasure). Pour the mix into madeleine baking pans, do not fill them too much... because the madeleines are going to inflate! Put the whole in the oven to 464°F (240°C) for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 392°F (200°C) and bake for 8 to 10 minutes while keeping an eye on the cooking. Leave the madeleines to cool a little before removing them from the baking pans and enjoy!
