200g baking white chocolate
10cl whole liquid cream
1.5 dose of flavored green tea 'Acte II'
In a sauce pan, bring the cream to the boil, then infuse the flavored green tea with notes of red fruits in it for 2 to 3 minutes. Sieve the cream and pour it on the white chocolate, previously cut into pieces in a bowl. Blend the whole. If a few pieces of whole chocolate are left, pour the mix again into the saucepan and heat on a low heat until it becomes smooth. Pour the whole chocolate tea bread into one or two jars and put it in the fridge for a few hours at least. Remove the chocolate tea bread from the fridge some time before tasting it... Bon appétit!
