3 doses of the green tea 'Petite Ourse'
40g corn starch
1 teaspoon oil
1 small packet of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 374°F (190°C). In a bowl, blend the flour, corn starch and baking powder.
Cut the plums into small pieces. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar and the oil, incorporate this blend to the bowl containing the flour.
Grind the flavored green tea 'Petite Ourse' with a mincer or a blender, add it to the mix, and then add the plums. Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff, together with a pinch of salt. Incorporate them delicately to the bowl. Pour the mix into a cake pan and put in the oven for 35 minutes. Leave it to cool before removing from the pan and enjoy!
