2 tablespoons of cooking sweetener
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of oil
1 sachet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of the ‘Nina Pop’ infusion'
In a bowl, blend the flour with the sweetener, the salt, the oil and the eggs. Add water to the blend, while beating bit by bit in order for the pastry to have the consistency of a ‘crêpe batter’ but thicker. Add the baking powder and mix. Using a mincer, grind into powder the ‘Nina Pop’ infusion, then sieve the powder before incorporating it to the pastry. Blend well, then leave it to rest for 2 hours at room temperature. Cook the waffles in a waffle iron. To savor plain or sprinkled with icing sugar on the top… have a nice snack!
