'Dec. 25th rooibos' eggnog

Tea Eggnog


1 teaspoon sugar - 1 egg yolk (or 1 tablespoon cornstarch for a vegan version) - 10cl milk (vegan: 12.5cl soy milk + 5cl soy cream) - 1 dose of 'December 25th Red'


In a saucepan, bring the milk to a low boil together with the 'December 25th Red' Christmas rooibos, then remove from the heat and let it brew for one more minute. In the meantime, blend the egg yolk together with the sugar until the blend becomes a little foaming. Sieve the milk, then pour it on the egg/sugar blend while whisking nonstop. Pour the whole into Santa Claus' pretty cup... the eggnog is ready to be savored!
