Panna cotta with 'Mélange Ô' tea

On 16 July 2017
Small glasses of tea panna cotta

5g of the 'Mélange Ô' tea
60cl whole milk
100g sweet condensed milk
4 sheets edible gelatine

Pour the milk into a large saucepan and warm it until it comes to the boil. Remove from the heat, brew the flavored black tea into the milk for 10-15 minutes. Soften the gelatine sheets in cold water. In a bowl, sieve the milk, spin the gelatine and add it. Add the condensed milk, then leave the whole to cool a little. Pour the whole into small glasses and put them in the fridge for at least 4 hours (one night would be perfect) before tasting them. Decorate them as you wish, with zests of lemon or orange peels, flower petals or even praline for a greedier taste!
